Pallet wrappers, also known as stretch wrap machines, are automated devices designed to efficiently secure and protect goods loaded on pallets or skids for transportation or storage. These machines typically consist of a rotating turntable or a vertical mast that holds a roll of stretch film. They work by wrapping the stretch film around the pallet and it’s contents, providing stability, protection from dust or mositure, and ensuring safe and secure shipment. Pallet wrappers are commonly used in warehouses, distribution centres and manufacturing facilities to streamline the packaging process, reduce labour costs and enhance the overall integrity of palletised loads.
